I worked on this painting for almost one month. In the mist of something very sad in my life, I feel I was able to turn it into something beautiful so to let it go. Beach blog for the season

 Here to the beach I escaped from the computer. It was a perfect day for photo's as well. I gathered up my supplies and off i went. The beach is my SERENITY and I love sharing my passion for the beach with all of you. Though I am not a photographer I so enjoy what I do capture. Throwing my favorite jar in the lake with a message, it was fun to watch to see what would happen. I then experimented with red HEARTS! I feel the love of everything when i am in my zone. The wind whipping the splashes of cold water, my boots were sinking into the cold sand and all I could do was Laugh OHHH the things I do for art!

Breathing Together

 Breathing together is to be TOGETHER. Today in my practice I realized how important it is to me for connection with others. The practice of yoga for me is HEART opening and should be shared in all aspects of life with someone whom you LOVE....
